I’m off to ride here today. Not only do you burn a million calories, leave feeling totally in tune with your inner self because you are so inspired you almost rode off the bike while dancing to great music; but, for every one class bought, the studio donates two meals for someone in need. Taking care of yourself while giving to others, can’t ask for a better feeling.
