This is on my vacation wishlist. The only 100% solar-powered and gourmet organic, vegetarian cusine, yoga retreat center and eco-estate in the heart of Costa Rica.  You stay on 40 acres of private land with luxary modern jungle treehouses and studios to sleep in, and surf, yoga, create, bond, eat, and immerse yourself in nature in the day. OMG a dreamland.
